GOODFORTUNE888 is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded by Marté Malik. I operate the website at goodfortune888.org to deliver financial literacy resources, workshop information, and partnership opportunities to communities across the U.S.

I collect only what I need to operate my mission and respond to inquiries.

• Partner & Sponsor Inquiries: Name, organization name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted through my contact and partner forms
• Workshop Requests: Contact details, organization name, estimated audience size, and preferred dates
• Waitlist / Interest Signups: Email address and name, if you opt in to receive updates

Information collected automatically:

• Page Analytics: Anonymous page visit data including page URL, referral source, and visitor identifier (a randomly generated ID stored in your browser's local storage). I do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or personally identifiable browsing data.
• Browser/Device Info: General browser type and screen resolution may be collected anonymously to improve the mobile experience.

4. COPPA — Children's Privacy

GOODFORTUNE888 serves youth ages 13–25 as workshop participants. However, my website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

My website forms (partner inquiry, sponsorship, workshop request) are intended for organizations, parents, guardians, educators, and adults acting on behalf of youth programs — not for direct submission by minors under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through my website, please contact me immediately at info@goodfortune888.org and I will delete that information promptly.

Youth ages 13–17 may submit forms with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. By submitting, you represent that you have that consent.

• Service providers: I use Polsia (polsia.com) as my website hosting and email platform. Information you submit may be processed by their infrastructure, governed by their own privacy policies.

• Organizational transfers: If GOODFORTUNE888 merges with or transfers operations to another nonprofit, user data may transfer as part of that transition, with equivalent privacy protections maintained.
